Celebrating President's Day

Yesterday, I did my 46 burpees!

Today, it's strength training again AND 47 burpees!

Power clean 8-6-4
Military press 8-6-4
Front Squat 8-6-4
Bench 8-6-4

(Did 18 of the 47 burpees as part of warm up)

Next time, go up 5# on bench and cleans

~15 minutes
