What you did to me!

OMG Oleg, what you did to me in MMA class!  My body hurts like hell.  Had to go down on weights. I feel like a battered woman!

Military press 65# 8, 6, 4   at least I was doing them quickly!
Front squat 45#  8, 6, 4

Band assisted pull ups 3, 4, 3 could have done more
