Turning back the clock

Did you know that working out reverses aging by 10 years?  Hey, that's why I signed up for this.  No needles, no nasty toxins, no looking like a freak....(okay, I guess that depends on your definition!)

14 burpees

4 rounds
2.5 min bike setting 4
5 jump overs (jump over and back, 25 lb weight on floor)
15 DEEP thrusters, 15# each hand
