You need to go deeper

My workout for today:

4 rounds

12 jumping pull ups
15 push ups (with handle)
18-19 (2/4 rounds of each) sit ups
20 air squats

13 min 13 sec

I do jumping pull ups with a bar that fits into the door frame
I can do regular push ups, but when I use the pushup handles, I have to do knee push ups
I also found out from my trainer/husband that my squats are not deep enough :(

Today is also day 3 of the burpee challenge!

  1. I can't believe you already posted your picture! I was thinking of just taking a picture and putting it up and then updating it monthly - kind of like a progressive before and after.

    I was pumped up from working out and I want to get motivated to get fitter. Mark took a picture with the iphone and there you have it for now!!!!
