The burn

Holy shit...I am feeling the burn from grappling yesterday.  What the hell did I do to myself?

Started front squat at 75#  felt a pull in my leg/groin  continued at 65#
75#  4-2-1, 65# 1,  continued 65# 3-3, 4

Miltary press 70#  5-3, 3-3, 4

3 x 3 band assist pull ups

Gotta stretch out more.....
