I have been really sick. My workout schedule has suffered, but when the season changes, my health gets messed up. So, anyway, yesterday I started my grappling class with Oleg. Holy shit did I feel the burn....I am still feeling the burn. My goal is three grappling classes and 4 half weight work outs per week. Let's see what happens. Tonight, I am exhausted, so the hope is that tomorrow I do a full weight workout....
