Fixing a bad day

Had a really bad day.  So, I made up for it with a good workout.

Clean  75#  2-2-4,3-3,2-2
Front squat    60#   5-3,6,4
Military press  60#  8,6,4
Bench   75# 8,2-2-2, 4  Lost my rhythm, should have finished it

Next time front squat and military press 65#

Also did Inverted rows 2 x max
