Gym girl

Went to ZN again. Upped some of the weights:

8,6,4
Mid row 70# - can up
Shoulder press 60# 8, 4+2, 3+1
Pullups weighted 10 x 90,# 80#, 70#
Dips 3 x 10 x 90#
Bicep curl single hand 20# each
Dumbbell swing 25# 12, 8, 6

100 crunches
