As many rounds as you can do in 7 minutes: 100m run (I did 15 sec bike) 7 deadlifts with barbell (45#) 7 push press with barbell (45#) 6 rounds + bike + deadlifts

Back to Crossfit

It has been a crazy year and a half. I've done MMA 2-3x/week, and I picked up hip-hop dance once a week during the academic year. I follow a Paleo diet. The thing is that I still miss Crossfit. My form for lifting sucks because I haven't been doing Crossfit regularly. So, I decided to do Crossfit bootcamp. Thirty days to get my ass ready to go. Day 1 Run 200 meters 15, 12, 9 (3 sets) Air squats, push ups, sit ups Run 200 meters It was pouring out, so I used the treadmill 10 min 39 sec
