Time to strengthen

For the past two days, I have only done my 43 and 44 burpees.  Today begins my strength training.  Let's see how that goes.....

Started with 45#
Power clean 8-6-4   Keep elbows up
Military press 8-6-4   "   "    "   "
Front squat 8-6-4       "   "    "   "
Bench  8-6-4    at breast bone

~15 min

Did 15 burpees at wo/30 later = 45
