People DO notice. As an adult, I always worked out, did minitriathlons (even though I can't swim well), earned a brown belt in jujitsu...BUT this is the first time that people have pegged my age at least 10 years younger. Pretty awesome, huh? The point is that CROSSFIT type workouts work!!!!
