Weights!!!!

Wasn't feeling so hot (YES, STILL).  I think that I have an iron deficiency even though I take a pill in the AM.  Maybe I need more.  Anyway,

Cleans 75#  8, 6, 4

Bench 80#  8,6,4    (The 6 and 4 had great form)

It must be working because Oleg keeps commenting on my arms!
