My buddy Fran

I have been doing Fran on my own.  Yesterday my trainer/hubby told me that I wasn't squatting deep enough.  So I thought, let's have Mark spot me.  Oh man, was I off on my squats!

My form still needs work.  I come up from the squat using my toes instead of my heels.  I need practice!
