I was pretty sick today. Had to cancel a work dinner. Around 8:30, I was surfing the internet and I watched Diane Sawyer interviewing the recently deceased Randy Pausch. I thought "What if this was the last day of my life?" I got inspired to do my workout even if I am not at my best.
Here goes:
7 burpees for the challenge

15, 15, 10 burpees
20, 15, 5 thrusters 25# with tight tush! :)
10, 10, 10 jumping pull ups
