With trainer watching form and stopping me from time to time:

7 rounds: 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3

Kettlebell swings - Russian - 30#
Power swings - 25# (this is a substitute for ball slams - didn't want to wake the boy or freeze my tush off in the cold)
