I love deadlifts! Little did I know that if I keep doing them the way I have been, I will blow out my knees. Then I will hate deadlifts. To keep my love true, I will now do deadlifts with my knees out, chest up, and yes, a tight ass.

Reading this blog is like trying to read in a foreign language for me ... I don't know ANYTHING about crossfit! Anyway, I feel like I should add the fact that I went to the gym today and two of Ant's former students (who are now adults) are genetic mutants (seriously), and now work as trainers at my gym ... best shape I've ever seen two (twins) in! So I got trained today :)
