Gasping for air

I have been sick since Sunday night.  This really sucks.  Anyway, I am going to do my workout and see how I do.

I just finished my warm up, including 21 burpees for the challenge...and I am gasping for air!

4 rounds
12 jumping pull up
15 handle (knee) pull up
19 (2 rounds) or 18 (2 rounds) sit ups
20 squats

14'27"

BTW, squats were DEEP!!!
