I decided that it is time for me to learn how to do squats. Not air squats, now that I can do those properly. Squats with weights. I started by learning back squats. Light weights to start since my form needs improvement. I tend to lean forward - I am such a novice!
3 sets each of ladder adding 5# each set
45 to 70#
70# back down to 65#
45#
also learned front squat at 45# for form (3)
...and of course, 24 burpees!
